Headache

Only three words to describe last weekend – “Tired”, “Busy” and “Stress”

Busy with finding a good curtain for our bedroom – have to consider colour, design, quality and the cost. Walked through the whole Ikea, but could not find something we like. No doubt, the price is tempting, but I will not choose pricing over quality. I just could not bring myself to buy the curtains. =( We ended our trip in Ikea empty-handed…Even so, I felt a sense of relief.

In the end, we decided to tailor-made our curtain at one neighbourhood shop in Clementi. Though it seems more expensive that those we saw in Ikea, the quality, design were much better – at least I can sleep better in the night =P However, I am still not confident over the colour of the curtain..sigh..what a headache!

We just had another new coat of painting for our bedroom and some parts of the living room yesterday – felt happier with the result as the house looks new again, though the whole house was kinda messy. Sigh, no choice. It is time to do some cleaning!

And I have finally writing all the invitation cards for the relatives my parents are inviting. It is really stressful to pen their names – No liquid paper / correction tape is allowed (not respectful as what my mum said), no untidy handwriting allowed (so subjective right?), no Names only (have to include their seniority).. At least I have finished all the writings. Phew!


With still many outstanding issues on hand, i really wish i can just throw them aside for a while and just rest..
