I have been pretty busy lately - just went through the peak period, and now, busy with my wedding preparation – have to send out invitation cards, try to confirm the guest list etc..Arghh! Feeling super stressed up! I guess, I am going to suffer from pre-marriage phobia! But luckily, Mr. Lim has been pretty supportive and sharing most of the load. Not to mention our parents also. So I guess, I am a lucky bride! =)
Had a fun pre-hen’s nite party last weekend with a few of my close buddies – Ms Zhan, Ms Thama, Mr Shaffaan, Ah Woo, Xiang ge, and HF xiao mei. So long since I felt so much relaxed – perhaps due to the effect of alcohol =P I really slept very well (though I have to wake up super early the next day) But I really do not think I have drank a lot on that night, even though Ms Zhan and Ms Thama made me drink a lot of weird drinks. Hahaha. Nonetheless, it was very sweet of them to spend their precious weekend with me. =)
So glad to have them as friends!
In just one more month, I am really going to be someone’s wife, someone's daughter-in-law.. Come to think, I am starting to feel sad that i am going to leave my family, environment which i am very familiar with. Soon, I have to start getting use to my new family’s likes and dislikes, have to remind myself to compromise and to behave like an adult. No more pampered little girl, have to be. Sigh… L The only consolation is that my new house is only a few bus stops away from my parent’s house but still.. I am going to miss my family, especially my mother…
